Autumn gardening tips and tricks

Be smart with soil: The key to a successful Autumn harvest starts with healthy soil. Take some time to refresh your Vegepod's soil by digging it over and removing any debris then adding a nutrient-rich layer of compost. Healthy soil equals happy plants!

Be wise with water: As temperatures begin to drop, adjust your watering schedule accordingly. While your veggies still need hydration, be mindful of overwatering. Aim for deep, infrequent watering sessions to promote strong root development and avoid waterlogged soil.

Keep pests away with your VegeCover: Keep pesky pests at bay by staying vigilant. As the weather cools, certain insects may become more active. Your VegeCover protective canopy should remain closed while you’re not gardening to safeguard your crops from pesky pests.
