Easy to assemble following the YouTube videos. There was one piece that had a crack in it, I emailed the company, and they quickly sent out a new piece. Very happy with the customer service. This is my second raised garden bed and love the ease of growing fresh vegetables in them.

After some 7 years of constant use, one of my wicking wells broke and I couldn't find the part to order from the website. An email to Vegepod quickly got that sorted, and a replacement was in my hands the day after I'd order it. Excellent service and an excellent product.

So awesome, but missing one cross member in the delivery

I love these products. I have built my own raised bed out of pallets so buy the replacement cover to go on top to keep out bugs/chickens/cats whilst having an easy way to water my plants. I’ve had two covers for a few years and now had to replace the mesh as it’s starting to break down but think they have lasted pretty well.

We will how the growing season goes, but in terms of the products itself very happy with the purchase. I really like the water systems. We bought this specifically for the canopy. We live in an area with lots of wild life, deer, snunks, squirrels so we needed something to keep the vegtables safe. A fence isn't enough. It was pretty easy to put together. The instructional videos were funny and super helpful. I would say we spent about 3 hours putting it together, made one mistake that we were easily able to undo. We spent another 3-4 hours prepping the site on our lawn were we put it. We put it on some concrete block that we buried into the lawn so that it would have a good stable surface, and then some landscaping stone under so prevent weeds / grass. The materials / construction seems solid. Complaints: My only complaint is the use of tiny zip ties to keep the drip tray attached. I really wish they would have had a way to snap them together. The ties were so small, we might have spent 30 minutes just doing this small little tasks, and as an older person, the size of the included zip ties is so small, it was a challenge. The video that discusses the walls needed to be more clear about the fact that there aren't longer screws anymore.

Purchased two of the kits, 2m x 1m. They were delivered quite quickly and I found them quite easy to assemble on my own. I purchased the top quality potting mix from my local hardware store, and hey presto, they are up and running. Very happy with the quality and they will be excellent as the crops start producing. The height is ideal for me making this NO DIG garden a must for anyone who cant dig in gardens anymore.

Great to be able to replace the connectors which have been in use for wquite a few years. The job is now done and we are very happy.

Its been 4 weeks since i received my large vegepod and things could be better. The idea of the cost being off set within the first year is highly likely. Mine is set up as a cut and come again salad bar. I pop down in the morning ahead of collecting salad items. It's looking fantastic and when i lift open the top the smell is amazing of all the fresh produce. I really cant fault the system. I love it.

This is our 2nd Vegepod, we now have 2 medium pods and 2 Vegebags. Absolutely love them, we have a small garden and after last summer with 1 pod we had some much veg and just wanted to enjoy more. The pods are fantastic, not cheap but I feel worth it.

I purchased new clips to attach the lid to the base, as it has blown off when it was very windy, however after attaching them I couldn’t close the lid at all and had to take them off, so will have to throw a rope over and secure the roof that way. I must say there could be a better system.

A quality, well engineered innovative design in every aspect. Good drainage, robust materials. We have our Vegepod installed in Darwin and the plants are all growing nicely. Great value and performance so far. Make sure you have a solid foundation and get the levels accurate as at 400 kg loaded you need to consider this properly for installation. We used Searles Potting Mix Peat 80 Formula Platinum 30L@ $13.68 per bag (each bag 16kg mass) and we also used one 50 litre bag of Vegepod Perlite to get it all installed and planted. Well done to Vegepod ! We highly recommend this product. Allow about 4-5 hours to get it all assembled and planted.

This is the 2nd Vegepod I've bought. Brilliant for growing stuff particularly if you have limited space. Can highly recommend.
